Creative ppt :
Entry fee : 100/-
1. Maximum 2 participants in a team.
2. Each team/participant can present only one paper.
3. Submission:
- Soft copy of the entire paper is to be mailed to ppt.srec@gmail.com , the subject being "Creative ppt" followed by your papers name; 3 hard copies (1original + 2 Xerox ) are to be submitted on 20th March, 2011 if your paper is selected for presentation.
- The paper must be formatted in Microsoft Word or in Acrobat Reader.
- No changes will be accepted once the paper has been submitted.
4. Paper Format:
- Typing should be done on only one side of an A/4 size paper with 1.5 spacing. The font size should be 12.Times New Roman or Arial must be used and heading size may be as desired. Font color may be black or blue (or both). Color photos are allowed.
- The abstract and the main paper must be preceded by Cover Page specifying the Paper Title, the relevant field on which the paper is based, followed by each participants name, contact no., e-mail id, engineering branch and college/institution.
5. The abstract must be maximum 1 page long.
6. The main paper must be of maximum 20 pages excluding the abstract and cover page.
7. The presentation should be of maximum 10 minutes followed by a 5 minutes Q&Ans session.
8. The Judges' decision will be final and undisputable.
